House Sarah in Dongdaemun Market 3

Very touching and caring service. We arrived at the accommodation at 8 pm. The host came out to meet us at the subway station in the winter, introduced the surrounding environment to us, and helped us pick up the luggage.It was really sweet. We asked the host to help us a lot during the five nights we stayed, such as food delivery, taxi van booking, luggage storage, etc.They were very helpful in solving our problems and the service was excellent. The accommodation is also warm and beautiful like photos, and the room is clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 adults and 1 child have no problem staying, which is very suitable for family travel.

Stayed for 3 nights in Dec 2018. The apartment was warm and cosy, and felt like a home away from home. Ample beds for our three children and with 2 bathrooms, there were ample amenities for the entire family. Especially loved the rooftop balcony, and it would have been perfect to hang out there in the evenings if not for the bitterly cold -8 degree Celsius winter temperature. The apartment was also conveniently located a stone’s throw from the metro station and within a short walking distance to the main shopping area of Dongdaemun. YB was an excellent host and made sure we were settled in. He also helped with arranging transfers to and from the airports on our first and last days. Access to the apartment was via a short slope off the main road and up a steep flight of stairs which may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Otherwise no complaints for us. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely consider staying again in the spring or autumn months to utilise the rooftop balcony.

The owners were extremely helpful and apporachable. We enjoyed the stay so much that we will choose this accomodation again next time! The location is great too - much more convenient than Seoul station.

It was a coming home away from home feeling. The location is perfect, apartment is very clean, spacious, cozy and bright. The terras on the rooftop makes it even more nice to catch some sunlight and relax. What really was the cherry on top of the cake were the amazing hosts. You truly know and can feel how passionate the host are if they respond to you within minutes when you have questions about the apartment, other special requests, booking taxi vans and even food delivery service in the night! The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I will definitely stay again when coming back to Seoul and would highly recommend house Sarah.

We had an amazing stay at House Sarah! The owner went above and beyond to make sure we have an enjoyable stay here. The owner even helped us book the van from airport to the property for a great price. The location of the property is great as well - we were walking distance from DDP Plaza, and went to see the famous roses at night. In the night time we had a picnic on the rooftop, and enjoyed the beautiful views from there. Thank you for being so welcoming to us!

Host is very nice, waited us at the property and showed us the way to nearby restuarants and sites despite heavy rain. He is also very responsive. The house is nice and comfortable, clean and of good value. Excellent location with shopping, korean sauna, restuarants and metro station all within walking distance.
